Woodspring Locality Partnership covers a large rural area of North Somerset and includes the towns of Clevedon, Portishead and Nailsea.

It brings together local health and care organisations, as well as community partners to deliver holisitic and tailored support as close to home as possible. It strives to understand what matters most to our community and deliver care that is person-centred and proactive.

In Woodspring our partnership brings together general practice, social care, NHS hospitals, mental health, volunteer sector organisations, councils and community services with people and communities recognised as equal partners.

Woodspring Locality Partnership is set to deliver an ambitious workplan to redesign and improve care and services to help people “start well, live well and age well” in the local community.
